Housekeeper

The primary purpose of the Housekeeper position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$15.50
Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
  • Keep the area free of hazardous objects; ensure established infection control; use appropriate personal protective equipment, etc.
  • Dust, polish, and rearrange furniture
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Clean and polish windows and mirrors
