As a person ages, it is common for their healthcare needs to change. Zerbe Retirement Community is a continuing care community, which means that we can continue to care for you or your loved one through any health need changes. Our living options include everything from independent living, for those with minimal needs, to skilled nursing and memory care for those residents that need more advanced care and help with their daily activities.
During your time with us, you may begin living in an independent living community and then transition to our skilled nursing facility as health needs arise. Our residents enjoy aging in a familiar location, making the transition easier for many.
With most retirement communities, you can expect to find older adults who are either at the end of their careers and just newly preparing for retirement or those who are already enjoying their retirement. We are a 55+ community here at Zerbe, meaning our residents are no younger than 55 across our 60-acre campus.
Yes, we offer memory care for our residents as part of our continuing care model. We also offer independent living options, skilled nursing care in a home-like environment, and personal care for those residents who need more assistance throughout their day.
Currently, we do not have any homes available for sale in our independent living for seniors community, but we do have a waitlist. When a home is available for viewing and sale, you can contact us, and we can discuss when you'd like to visit the property to see it.
